Special Bibingka

How to cook special Bibingka

Ingredients:

•1 can of coconut milk

•1 kilo sugar

•1 can sweetened condesed milk

•1700-200g not sweetend evaporated milk

•1/4 cup melted butter

•400g of glutonious rice flour

•1 tablespoon of vanilla

•pinch of salt

•Cheese

Procedure:

1. We need to get a mold

2. After that we can put the coconut milk and we need to boiled it in a minute

3. In a big bowl combine all the ingredients except glutonious flour. Whisk or stirring until well incorporated

4. Add glutonious flour into wet ingredients and stir until well combine and smooth

5. Let cool down completely before cutting

Serve with tea, coffee and enjoy!!!
