Tuna Pesto

This pasta is perfect for herb lovers. Linguine in a blend of basil, olive oil, and nuts topped with mushroom and tuna. Their tuna pasta is truly worth it. The herbs used gives a briny taste to the pasta, but this is what make it delightful. Also, the tuna, it is very tasty and is tenderely cooked. The tuna pesto is a very healthy meal. Since it’s a pasta, it gives a good amount of calories and also the tuna is a good source of protein. This is recommended for those that are in a diet or to those that have  healthy lifestyles.

Puta Nesca

This is a classic pasta favorite. It originated from italy and it’s very flavorsome and delicious. When I saw  this kind of pasta its like a normal pasta (spaghetti). But when I taste it, taste healthier than a normal pasta. Its garlicky tomato sauce is so good. And this is brought to a high level of flavor by addition of anchoives, capers and olives. Red pepper flakes makes it even better.

Carbonara

Nothing gets any creamier than this. Super pop specially because the pasta is very flavorful. The ingredients include ham and bacon, perfect for meat lovers. Also, the parmesan cheese topping takes it to the next level. Their carbonara is the creamiest, tastiest and the best. I could eat this everyday of my life.

Pande cagayan is very classy restaurant the ambiance also is very friendly to all ages. It is also a place where you can find peace and  feel relaxed while eating. The place is hot as hell, considering the weather of Tuguegarao. It is not air conditioned and is not well-ventilated.

In terms of presentation, it is not the best, there really is nothing special. It is presented very simple but neat at the same time. But still looking at all the pasta, it’s very appetizing and mouth-watering.
We’re pretty sure we’ll be going back soon together with our family,friends, and love ones.

The prizes are very affordable, especially to students. A single size of pasta is only Php 80.00, while family size is at Php 275.00, perfect when eating friends or family. They don’t only sell pasta but they also sell pizzas.

 We would rate the dishes an 8/10. They could use some work on their presentation. Also, it would be better if they place an air conditioner for the place to be more comfortable.
